All estimates provided by Infinite Custom Millwork are free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the scope of work described at the time of the visit or inquiry. Changes to scope may result in revised pricing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard payment structure for all projects is as follows:
Payments may be made by cash, check, Zelle, or other methods agreed upon in writing. Work will not commence without receipt of the initial deposit.

Clients may cancel or reschedule a project with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start date without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date may result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover material orders and scheduling costs already incurred.
Infinite Custom Millwork takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship. We use reputable materials and stand behind our work. Any workmanship defects reported within 30 days of project completion will be addressed at no additional charge, provided the issue is not caused by client misuse, settling, or other external factors.

Infinite Custom Millwork shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to material shortages, weather conditions, or unforeseen structural issues discovered during the project. Our liability is limited to the total value of the project contract.
